We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive Specialty Paper sales across all of Europe. This is a truly unique opportunity to play a key role in developing the European market, working independently and remotely. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the European market, exceptional business development skills, and the ability to manage relationships with customers across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting new customers and accounts in the paper and paperboard industry.
  • Customer Relationships : Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Targets : Achieve revenue and volume targets set by management.
  • Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service, including timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as quality concerns, delivery delays, and other customer problems.
  • Market Monitoring : Monitor and report on market and competitor activity, customer trends, and industry developments.

Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales management role within the paper industry.
  • Industry Knowledge : Experience in selling Specialty paper with a proven track record.
  • Language Skills : Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Education : A completed Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills : Strong communication and negotiation skills.
