A leading global integrated paper group seeks an experienced sales manager to drive Specialty Paper sales across Europe. This role offers a unique opportunity to work independently and remotely, with a focus on developing relationships and achieving sales targets in a dynamic industry. Candidates should possess a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the paper sector, along with strong communication and business development skills.

Specialty Paper sales
across all of
Europe.
This is a

to play a key role in developing the European market, working independently, and remotely. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the European market, exceptional business development skills, and the ability to manage relationships with customers across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities : Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting new customers and accounts in the paper and paperboard industry. Customer Relationships : Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Sales Targets : Achieve revenue and volume targets set by management. Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service, including timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests. Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as quality concerns, delivery delays, and other customer problems. Market Monitoring : Monitor and report on market and competitor activity, customer trends, and industry developments.
Requirements : Experience : Minimum of
5-10 years
of experience in sales management role within paper industry. Industry Knowledge : Experience in selling
Speciality paper
with a proven track record. Language Skills : Fluency in English is mandatory. Education : A completed Bachelor’s degree is advantageous. Communication Skills : Strong communication and negotiation skills.
