We’re looking for a proactive, technically inclined Sales Manager Electronics and Controls to join our growing sales team in Spain. In this role, you’ll take ownership of your assigned area, driving market share growth while delivering exceptional technical guidance and personalized solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities of the role :

  • Develop and grow sales within your assigned area, achieving company targets and increasing market share.
  • Initiate contact with customers and conduct visits to present our product range, offer technical advice, and explore customization options.
  • Conduct product training (in person and virtually) to keep customers informed and updated.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and collaborate closely on tenders, quotations, and proposals.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Operations to support new product launches and ensure a smooth information flow.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to stay ahead of new trends and developments.
  • Align product opportunities and customer needs with Emerson entities and stay up to date on Trade Compliance.

Required qualifications and experience :

  • Strong technical background with technical degree in engineering or similar.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Experience in the HVAC sector.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to communicate clearly and manage relationships at all levels.
  • Energetic, accountable, and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges under pressure.

Preferred qualifications and experience :

  • Additional language skills beyond English
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance
  • Experience in product customization or engineering solutions
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting software
  • Background in industrial or refrigeration sectors.
