Your Mission as Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you'll guide a team of Dutch-speaking sales professionals to hit performance targets, enhance customer experience, and drive growth for cloud-based solutions. Your days will be a mix of coaching, data-driven decision making, and collaborating with internal and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a motivated team to meet sales KPIs and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
  2. Analyze data and performance to shape sales strategy and best practices
  3. Coach and mentor team members to maximize growth and performance
  4. Support forecasting and ensure CRM data is always accurate and up-to-date
  5. Act as a strategic point of contact for client escalations and internal alignment
  6. Work cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and boost revenue
  7. Stay on top of cloud market trends to guide team insights and planning
  8. Manage team incentives and performance-related rewards
What You Bring
  1. Native or fluent Dutch speaker with strong command of English
  2. 5+ years experience in a sales leadership role
  3. Strong coaching record and proven ability to retain and grow top talent
  4. Excellent understanding of customer experience, sales operations, and strategy
  5. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs
  6. Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
