Sales Manager – Beauty and Home Care Packaging

Position Overview:

Our client is a global multinational in the packaging industry. This home-based role in Spain focuses on the Retailers and Private Label Beauty and Home Care Producers segment, covering the entire Spanish territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create strategies to meet sales targets and grow market presence in Spain.
  2. Identify New Opportunities: Seek out new areas for growth and expansion.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Customer Engagement: Engage proactively with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  5. Manage Budget: Oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  6. Analyze Sales Data: Use data to identify trends and opportunities, adjusting strategies as needed.
  7. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with R&D, marketing, and operations to align sales with business goals.
  8. Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will have several years of experience in the beauty, personal care, or home care packaging markets, serving clients and developing business with retailers and private label or third-party manufacturers. Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving growth is essential.

Educational qualifications should include a degree or equivalent in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.

Key skills include:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Languages: Fluent Spanish.

Travel Requirements: Frequent and regular travel across Spain.
