Sales Manager – Beauty and Home Care Packaging

Our client is a global multinational in the packaging industry.

Location:
Any location in Spain (home-office based)

This is a newly created individual contributor role, reporting into a new Sales Organisation in Europe, focusing on Retailers and Private Label Beauty and Home Care Producers.

The position is home-based and covers the entire Spanish territory.

The main responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence in Spain.
  2. Identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  4. Engage proactively with customers, address concerns, and ensure high satisfaction.
  5. Manage the regional sales budget effectively.
  6. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, adjusting strategies as needed.
  7. Collaborate with R&D, Product Marketing, and Operations to align sales strategies with business goals.
  8. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.

Candidate profile:

We seek candidates with extensive experience in the beauty, personal care, or home care packaging markets, serving clients and developing business with retailers, private label, contract manufacturing, or third-party fillers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth.

Educational background should include a degree or equivalent in business administration, sales, marketing, or related fields.

Key skills include:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Languages: Fluent Spanish.

Travel requirements: Regular travel across Spain.
