Tasks

In a nutshell, who are we looking for?

A full-cycle sales expert who will help us drive our business expansion in the DACH region, by securing 5-digit deals with leading B2B companies.

No specific degree required - just hands-on customer experience, the grit of a firefighter, a knack for problem-solving, and the patience to turn "no" into "how."

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline: prospect, qualify, present our value proposition, handle objections, lead and close deals to reach your quarterly sales targets.
  • Cultivate effective up- and cross-selling strategies: foresee customer needs, adapt strategic plans, and collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Data and Customer Success) to achieve mutually beneficial long-term objectives and goals.
Requirements
Qualification
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. consulting, B2B sales, business development, agency) in a dynamic start-up, agency or high growth environment (preferably in SaaS or B2B).
  • Good understanding of B2B and account-based sales processes.
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including C-level, entrepreneurs, and executives.
Languages
  • German proficiency (must have): native speaker or strong professional proficiency with a C1+ level.
  • English proficiency: ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically.
Skills
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient and ambitious: “quick start” mentality with a high production output.
  • Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment.
