The Role : Are you equipped to succeed in the competitive and lucrative real estate market? We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead, develop, and implement sales strategies to achieve high sales, profits, and a broad customer base in Marbella, aligned with DarGlobal’s business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
  2. Communicate sales plans and targets to the team, providing training, guidance, and motivation.
  3. Review marketing plans to support sales objectives effectively.
  4. Oversee sales operations to meet targets for projects and channels.
  5. Identify new revenue opportunities in the market.
  6. Monitor and ensure quality throughout the sales process.
  7. Handle critical issues and customer complaints promptly.
  8. Build and maintain regional and international business relationships to increase market awareness and intelligence.
  9. Review sales data, analyze trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  10. Promote DarGlobal’s projects through various direct sales channels and events.
  11. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team for optimal performance.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • College or degree level education (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience (commercial or residential).
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Confident presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
