It is a leading brand and supplier to some of the largest distributors and national DIY chains throughout the United States and Canada. Headquartered in Toronto, Anatolia continues to grow globally with a corporate perspective based on passion, dedication, and excellence.

Since August 2017, Anatolia has been operating in a 40,000-square meter Distribution Centre in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey. This facility serves the North American, European, Asian, and Middle Eastern markets. Anatolia was awarded the title of "Best Supplier Partner" in 2021 in the United States. The company aims to innovate further with its state-of-the-art production facility, which started operations in 2023 and spans 200,000 m².

Anatolia is seeking a Sales Manager to contribute to its values and provide quality service to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements include :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in a related industry (e.g., ceramics / natural stone), with proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
  • Experience in operational and project management, leading and motivating both office-based and remote teams.
  • Strong knowledge of business development, sales, marketing, and business analysis.
  • Persuasive skills and a track record of setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Hardworking, sales-oriented, and eager to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, analytical, and interpretative skills.
  • Leadership experience managing large, culturally diverse teams.

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include :

Overseeing the planning, coordination, and management of sales and business development across South Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. A key focus will be expanding the company's portfolio with potential clients in new markets and maintaining long-term, sustainable customer relationships.

The role involves promoting and selling premium porcelain tiles and slabs, understanding company and customer objectives, and developing strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include :

  • Expanding the network by onboarding potential firms such as distributors, retailers, contractors, construction companies, and architects.
  • Initiating new collaborations and projects through meetings with prospective clients.
  • Managing existing clients and acquiring new ones, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading and supporting the Sales Development team, mentoring managers, and monitoring department performance.
  • Setting sales targets, defining goals, and developing policies and processes.
  • Conducting industry and customer needs analysis.
  • Reporting regularly to senior management on services and market insights.
  • Negotiating and formulating commercial agreements, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Collaborating with marketing for product promotion and campaigns.
  • Coordinating with supply chain to manage inventory and product lifecycle, advising customers for optimal processes.
  • Understanding customer needs and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Establishing sales team targets and KPIs.
