Solis is seeking a driven sales professional to develop and grow C&I customer relationships across Spain, including installers, distributors, EPCs and system integrators. The role focuses on expanding channels and securing orders aligned with targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in PV, energy storage or related fields, with fluent English and local market knowledge of Spain’s PV policies. This is a field- and customer-facing role based in the Basque region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in PV, energy storage or new-energy industry and familiarity with local PV and energy-storage regulatory policies in Spain.
• Local Spanish candidate with fluent English is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Market Development: Develop and maintain C&I customers including installers, distributors, EPC contractors and system integrators, and expand sales channels.
• Sales Management: Secure orders within the assigned territory, retain existing customers and acquire new clients. Formulate plans and implementation solutions in alignment with sales targets.
• Energy Storage Business Promotion: Promote the company's energy-storage products to capture the market trend of solar-plus-storage integration in Spain.
• Market Intelligence Collection: Keep track of local market policies, competitive landscape and customer demands; participate in exhibitions and industry forums.
• Cross-department Collaboration: Coordinate with the after-sales team to resolve customer issues, and support the marketing team on brand promotion activities.
