Solis in Spain seeks a skilled Market Development professional to expand C&I channels and drive sales across installers, distributors, EPCs and system integrators. The role focuses on securing orders, retaining customers, and growing new business for energy-storage solutions within the Spanish market.

The candidate should have a minimum of three years in PV, energy storage or related sectors, with fluency in English and local regulatory knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors include Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Local Spanish candidate with fluent English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain C&I customers including installers, distributors, EPC contractors and system integrators.
• Secure orders within the assigned territory; retain existing customers and acquire new clients.
• Promote the company's energy-storage products to capture the market trend of solar-plus-storage integration in Spain.
• Keep track of local market policies, competitive landscape and customer demands; participate in exhibitions and industry forums.
• Coordinate with the after-sales team to resolve customer issues, and support the marketing team on brand promotion activities.

• Sales Management: Secure orders within the assigned territory, retain existing customers and acquire new clients. Formulate plans and implementation solutions in alignment with sales targets.
• Energy Storage Business Promotion: Promote the company's energy-storage products to capture the market trend of solar-plus-storage integration in Spain.
• Market Intelligence Collection: Keep track of local market policies, competitive landscape and customer demands; participate in exhibitions and industry forums.
• Cross-department Collaboration: Coordinate with the after-sales team to resolve customer issues, and support the marketing team on brand promotion activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marketing or related disciplines is preferred. Local Spanish candidate with fluent English.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in PV, energy storage or new-energy industry. Existing C&I customer resources (installer, distributor and EPC channels) in Spain are preferred. Familiar with local PV and energy-storage regulatory policies in Spain.
