Solis in Spain (Galicia region) is seeking a driven sales professional to develop C&I customers, manage sales within the territory, and promote energy-storage solutions. The role targets installers, distributors, EPCs, and system integrators, leveraging local market knowledge.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or above and at least 3 years in PV/energy storage sales, with fluent English and knowledge of Spanish regulations. This is a field-based, full-time position in O Chazo, Galicia.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marketing or related disciplines is preferred.
• Local Spanish candidate with fluent English.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in PV, energy storage or new-energy industry.

Responsabilidades

• Market Development: Develop and maintain C&I customers including installers, distributors, EPC contractors and system integrators, and expand sales channels.
• Sales Management: Secure orders within the assigned territory, retain existing customers and acquire new clients. Formulate plans and implementation solutions in alignment with sales targets.
• Energy Storage Business Promotion: Promote the company's energy-storage products to capture the market trend of solar-plus-storage integration in Spain.
• Market Intelligence Collection: Keep track of local market policies, competitive landscape and customer demands; participate in exhibitions and industry forums.
• Cross-department Collaboration: Coordinate with the after-sales team to resolve customer issues, and support the marketing team on brand promotion activities.
