Solis is seeking a field-based sales professional in Spain to grow the PV and energy-storage business across C&I accounts. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional familiar with the Spanish market and regulatory landscape.

You will develop installers, distributors, EPCs, and system integrators, and promote Solis energy-storage products to capitalize on solar-plus-storage trends. Engage in market intelligence, exhibitions, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; local Spanish candidate preferred with fluent English.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in PV, energy storage or new-energy sectors, with existing C&I customers in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain C&I customers including installers, distributors, EPC contractors and system integrators.
• Secure orders within the assigned territory; retain and acquire clients; align plans with sales targets.
• Promote energy-storage products to capture solar-plus-storage market trend in Spain.
• Monitor local market policies, competition, and customer demands; participate in exhibitions and forums.
• Coordinate with after-sales and marketing teams to support brand promotion and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development: Develop and maintain C&I customers including installers, distributors, EPC contractors and system integrators, and expand sales channels.
2. Sales Management: Secure orders within the assigned territory, retain existing customers and acquire new clients. Formulate plans and implementation solutions in alignment with sales targets.
3. Energy Storage Business Promotion: Promote the company's energy-storage products to capture the market trend of solar-plus-storage integration in Spain.
4. Market Intelligence Collection: Keep track of local market policies, competitive landscape and customer demands; participate in exhibitions and industry forums.
5. Cross-department Collaboration: Coordinate with the after-sales team to resolve customer issues, and support the marketing team on brand promotion activities.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Marketing or related disciplines is preferred. Local Spanish candidate with fluent English.
2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in PV, energy storage or new-energy industry. Existing C&I customer resources (installer, distributor and EPC channels) in Spain are preferred. Familiar with local PV and energy-storage regulatory policies in Spain.
