A leading company in logistics automation is seeking a Sales/Business Development professional in Sevilla. The role involves managing customer relationships, developing sales pipelines, and analyzing market demands. Candidates should have a strong engineering background, significant sales experience, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

  • Two years of sales/business development experience in logistics automation.
  • Fluent in English; overseas study/work preferred.
  • Experience in technical support, planning, and design is a plus.

Libiao Robotics is the global pioneer of intelligent sorting robots since 2016 and a leading supplier of flexible intelligent sorting solutions. The company created the world's first portable, modular, and automated unit sorting system, integrating logistics automation, research and development, production, and sales of intelligent equipment.

Libiao's intelligent sorting system is widely used across industries such as express delivery, supermarkets, retail, shoes & garments, medicine, catering, cold storage, book publications, and manufacturing. Over 50,000 sorting robots are operational in countries including the US, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and across Europe.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and manage relationships with current end-user customers and develop sales pipelines to meet annual sales and revenue targets in the local area;
  • Collaborate closely with overseas sales channels, assist in formulating business plans, and build long-term relationships;
  • Generate new business opportunities and develop key customers;
  • Analyze market trends, gather customer and market demands, and promote business development.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in science or engineering; candidates with overseas study or work experience are preferred;
  • At least two years of sales or business development experience in logistics automation equipment, logistics integrators, or intelligent manufacturing; experience in technical support, planning, and design in these industries is a plus;
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure, and career ambition;
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and willing to undertake long-term overseas business trips.
