As we scale, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive client acquisition and partnerships across Spanish- and English-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead B2B and B2C sales efforts in both Spanish- and English-speaking regions
  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities
  • Manage relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness
  • Provide regular reporting on KPIs, market trends, and performance to senior leadership
  • Contribute to the development and leadership of a growing sales team
  • Have experience working with platforms such as Upwork for onboarding tech clients

Ideal Profile :

  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the tech or fintech sector
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a performance-driven mindset and adaptability to fast-paced environments
  • Proficient with CRM and sales automation tools
  • Based in Spain (preferably Madrid) or open to remote work with availability for occasional client meetings
