to lead our growing commercial team from our global headquarters in Barcelona. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is driven by data, and is passionate about building high-performing teams.

Role responsibilities

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary sales team. Build and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue, profit margin, and monthly growth targets. Collaborate directly with the C-suite to propose and implement commercial solutions, pricing plans, and sales enablement tools. Monitor CRM performance (HubSpot), define KPIs, and drive operational excellence. Support international expansion through distributor and installer networks across key markets (USA, Middle East, Asia, and Europe). Drive alignment across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure end-to-end performance. Requirements

5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in construction, design, or materials. Proven track record of managing teams and exceeding commercial targets. Strategic thinker with operational execution ability. Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages beneficial). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. What we offer
