Head of Human Resources Western Europe and HR Consultant

Job Duties

• Visit end customers and companies, establish, maintain and update customer files in database system
• Responsible for public relationship development, build and keep reliable relationship with clients
• Spot business opportunities and follow up with the orders
• Collect project information and promote sales, analyze competitor information
• Develop sales plan and implementation plan together, complete sales targets
• Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met
• Support financing and collection work

Requirements

• Familiar with the local market, construction machinery knowledge is a priority, including heavy machinery such as Excavators, Mobile Cranes, Concrete Machinery, Tower Cranes, Forklifts, Foundations, Aerial Work Machinery, Mining equipment, etc.
• Diploma and Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing, engineering (mechanical, electrical), or international business
• Skills in coordinating with leasing is preferred
• Sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Driving License
