Overview

Are you ready to lead a high-performing sales team and drive operational excellence?

We are looking for an experienced

Sales Manager

to join our team and take ownership of our site sales operations. In this role, youll lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales managers to exceed targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and optimize operational processes.

What You’ll Do

As our Sales Manager, you will :

  • Own the overall site sales forecast and oversee all operational activities.
  • Lead a team of Sales Managers, coaching and guiding them to surpass client targets and achieve business goals.
  • Monitor key sales functions, provide guidance, set objectives, and ensure compliance.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and implementing solutions.
  • Analyze local market needs, resolve issues proactively, and minimize operational risks.
  • Manage team growth and build a world-class talent pool.
  • Oversee project activities to achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Evaluate and train team leaders, ensuring consistent performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate regularly with client stakeholders, marketing, and OCP to maintain alignment and drive results.
Your Qualifications
  • Bilingual or proficient in Dutch with a strong command of English.
  • Minimum 10 years in technology-related sales or business development and 4+ years in program management, leading teams of 20+ people, including 4+ Sales Managers.
  • Experienced in modern sales techniques and tools.
  • Passionate about cloud technologies and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of coaching teams to drive sales via phone, email, video, and demonstrations.
  • Confident engaging with C-level executives and business decision-makers.
  • Skilled at identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities, engaging partners, and managing customer relationships.
  • Strong general IT knowledge and the ability to quickly learn and retain product, service, and process information.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-haves
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM or other CRM platforms.
