Una agencia de marketing global busca un apasionado Gerente de Ventas para unirse a su equipo en Madrid. Formación

  • 5+ años de experiencia en ventas, especialmente en marketing digital.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Madrid. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships. Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development:
    1. Proactively identify new business opportunities within the digital marketing landscape.
    2. Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and potential client needs to pinpoint areas for growth.
    3. Network and build relationships with key industry players to generate leads and stay informed about emerging opportunities.
  2. Client and Partnership Relationship Management:
    1. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
    2. Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client's business goals and challenges to provide tailored digital solutions.
    3. Maintain client engagement and satisfaction.
  3. Sales and Marketing:
    1. Effectively present and articulate Incubeta’s value proposition, services, and solutions to potential clients.
    2. Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight our capabilities and address client needs.
    3. Negotiate contracts and pricing structures.
  4. Revenue Generation:
    1. Take ownership of sales targets and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
    2. Accurately forecast sales pipeline and manage sales activity to achieve targeted outcomes.
    3. Track and report on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  5. Internal Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, consultants and strategists, to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
    2. Participate in internal meetings and brainstorms to contribute ideas and align sales efforts with overall agency goals.

Knowledge and Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of proven sales experience in Digital Marketing, specifically in performance campaigns.
  3. Strong understanding of media sales, digital consulting, paid media, and data analytics.
  4. Advanced proficiency in English.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
