Sales Manager / Business Development Manager - Intralogistics (Hybrid / Remote)

We're on the lookout for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join an exciting, rapidly growing global leader in the intralogistics industry. This company has achieved a remarkable 400% growth in Spain over the past year alone, and they're looking for a talented professional to contribute to their success story.

The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely, but with a requirement to visit the office in Barcelona or Madrid once a week.

Key Responsibilities :

  • New Business Focus (70%) & Closing (30%) : Identify and generate new business opportunities while also closing 4-5 high-value deals per year.
  • Collaborate with Leadership : Work directly with the Sales Director, who will be your primary partner in driving sales and helping close deals.
  • Market Growth : Leverage a strong pipeline and an exciting order backlog, including some of the most significant projects in the market.
  • Sales Leadership Opportunity : This position offers a clear path to grow into a Sales Director role as the company expands and continues to push boundaries.

  • Intralogistics Expertise : A strong background in intralogistics with market credibility, ideally including experience with AutoStore or similar systems.
  • Track Record of Success : You should be comfortable handling high-value deals and demonstrate a history of driving sales results.
