Hi! We're Craftgate, a 'One-Stop Shop' Payment Orchestration and FinTech company based in İstanbul. Craftgate presents many value-added services such as card storage, one-click payment, marketplace solution, closed-loop wallet, payment form, common payment page, payment by link and QR code, smart and dynamic payment routing, advanced merchant panel, and advanced API. We aim to reduce costs and increase the payment conversion rate of businesses.

Craftgate enables merchants to connect to domestic and international payment methods through a single integration and manage all online payment processes efficiently.

What Are We Looking For?

As part of our international expansion strategy , we're hiring an International Sales Manager to accelerate our business growth in Spain and Latin America .

As an experienced hunter, you will be responsible for acquiring new high-value clients selling online, identifying new revenue opportunities, and supporting our go-to-market efforts with a special focus on the e-commerce, retail, tourism, and insurance sectors. Experience in hunting e-commerce clients and / or companies that sell online is a must.

We'd love to meet you if you have a strong network in these industries and thrive in e-commerce, FinTech, and fast-paced environments.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Lead business development and sales activities in Spain and LATAM to grow Craftgate’s client base
  • Drive strategic partnerships with online merchants and companies.
  • Collaborate with HQ in Istanbul and our Spain Country Manager on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning in the local market.
  • Represent Craftgate at face to face business meetings, local events, and trade shows, so travelling should not be a barrier
  • Monitor market trends, competitive moves, and regulatory updates to spot opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Build and manage strong pipelines using HubSpot and prepare regular sales performance reports for leadership.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 5+ years of experience in international B2B SaaS sales or business development, preferably in e-commerce, payments, or FinTech.
  • Experience working in the e-commerce environment (Merchant, Platform, or Agency) is a strong plus.
  • A strong network in Spain , particularly in the e-commerce sector, is highly valued.
  • Connections across related industries, such as retail, tourism, or insurance.
  • Proven ability to close deals , manage sales cycles, and grow revenue in competitive markets.
  • Native in Spanish and excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. Communication and negotiation skills in Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality, comfortable with remote collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
