Zannier Hotels owns and operates 5 luxury hotels in Europe, Africa and Asia, with 2 more hotels confirmed in pre-opening.

We are a young, dynamic team looking for a passionate Sales Manager to promote our hotels globally. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

  • To sell, market, and promote all Zannier Hotels worldwide, increasing sales, product, and brand awareness.
  • To establish Zannier Hotels as a preferred choice within their respective destinations in the global travel trade.
  • To manage commercial initiatives and strategic actions for business segments including FIT leisure, group, MICE, and corporate, aiming to meet or exceed revenue budgets while adhering to sales & marketing expense budgets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Execute all sales initiatives proactively through daily contact with the travel trade (email, phone, online, sales calls, trade shows).
  • Handle VIP booking requests directly.
  • Proactively develop new or dormant FIT accounts in the CRM.
  • Develop partnerships and markets as assigned.
  • Conduct product presentations, trainings, and webinars.
  • Assist the DOSM in preparing presentations, SWOT analyses, market research, and sales action plans.
  • Distribute promotional materials and tactical offers via mass mailings.
  • Review key performance indicators regularly (occupancy, ADR, etc.).
  • Make regular sales calls to targeted markets.
  • Attend trade shows to generate business and leads.
  • Manage follow-ups and database updates diligently.
  • Maintain communication with GMs and property teams.
  • Perform any other sales-related tasks as assigned.
