Anatolia is a leading industry player in the field of ceramic, tile, and natural stone products, founded in Canada in 1995. It is a leading brand and supplier to some of the largest distributors and national DIY chains throughout the United States and Canada. Headquartered in Toronto, Anatolia continues to grow globally with a corporate perspective based on passion, dedication, and excellence.

Since August 2017, Anatolia has operated a 40,000-square meter Distribution Centre in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey, serving the North American, European, Asian, and Middle Eastern markets. The company was awarded the "Best Supplier Partner" of 2021 in the United States. In 2023, Anatolia started production at a new, state-of-the-art facility with a 200,000 m² area, aiming to innovate in Turkey and worldwide.

Anatolia is seeking a Sales Manager who can contribute to the company's values and provide quality service to internal and external stakeholders. What you need is…
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Over 10 years of experience in a related industry (e.g., ceramics/natural stone sector), with proven leadership skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently
  • Experience in operational and project management, leading and motivating teams (both office-based and remote)
  • Strong knowledge in business development, sales, marketing, and business analysis

The general business planning, coordination, and management of sales and business development across South Asia, Central Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions. Key responsibilities include expanding the company’s portfolio with potential clients in new markets and maintaining long-term, sustainable customer relationships. The role involves promoting and selling premium porcelain tiles and slabs, understanding company objectives and customer needs, and developing strong customer relationships. You will also build high-performing sales teams and establish robust customer networks.

Additional responsibilities include expanding the company's network by adding potential partners such as distributors, retailers, contractors, construction companies, and architects. You will initiate and implement new collaborations, manage existing customers, and ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The role involves guiding and mentoring the sales team, setting sales targets, developing policies, analyzing industry dynamics, and reporting to senior management. You will also formulate commercial agreements, negotiate deals, collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams, and develop sales/marketing strategies to meet targets and ensure product delivery efficiency.
