Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth across Spain and Portugal.
The Role : You’ll drive sales of specialty food ingredients, with a focus on yeast extracts and smoke alternatives, managing key accounts and developing new business in the food manufacturing sector. With a strategic approach, you’ll identify market opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and position your portfolio as a preferred solution for innovative food products.

commercially savvy professional
with a technical background in the
food industry
Experience in meat applications is ideal; knowledge of sweet and beverage sectors is a plus. Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong business communication skills. A proven leader or a capable individual contributor ready to take ownership of the Iberian market. Skilled at negotiating, problem-solving, and translating customer needs into technical solutions.
