PDG Media is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a sales role, ideally selling in the food & beverage space OR for marketing agencies.
Specialty coffee experience or knowledge of the industry and key players is a significant bonus. PDG Media is a specialist GTM & marketing agency working in the F&B sector, with a focus on specialty coffee.
We're part of the wider PDG Global media group, which includes the trade publications Perfect Daily Grind & Coffee Intelligence, as well as the Producer & Roaster Forum.
We're launching a new initiative in 2025 called the Global Coffee Awards. We are offering two roles on a permanent/full-time basis to candidates based in Spain or elsewhere in Europe.
The role will be predominantly remote, with occasional in-person meet-ups.
The ideal candidate will enjoy speaking to people daily, identifying key business opportunities, and strategizing to close crucial deals.
You will be responsible for managing the pipeline for our strategic project sales, including identifying target customers, establishing opportunities, nurturing and engaging with them, and converting at the right time.
Our current and former agency clients include brands such as MTPak Coffee, Hardtank, Flo-Smart, and organizations like Guatemalan Coffees, UKAid, and Adam Smith International.
You will work closely with the COO to drive new business growth and meet revenue targets, communicating effectively with clients at all levels and passing on their needs to the team.
