Founded in 1972 and partnered with Volvo since 2006, SDLG offers a broad range of earth-moving machines, road equipment, mining trucks, and compact construction machinery. The company is known for its innovation, international focus, and strong dealer networks.

Position: Regional Sales Manager

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for all sales, channel development, and marketing efforts within your country. Your role includes steering strategy and execution, managing dealers, developing key accounts, and optimizing commercial performance. You will work alongside international colleagues to align regional goals with global ambitions, building long-term partnerships to grow SDLG's presence in the European market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow dealer networks.
  • Manage sales performance in a technical B2B market.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Sales, or Engineering.
  • Significant experience in sales, preferably in construction machinery or related fields.
  • Proven track record in dealer management and business development.
  • Experience with international channel development and commercial strategy.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams and matrix organizations.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus, but not required.
