Since August 2017, Anatolia has operated in a 40,000-square meter Distribution Centre in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey, serving North American, European, Asian, and Middle Eastern markets. The company was named "Best Supplier Partner" in the United States in 2021. With a new production facility that started in 2023, covering 200,000 m², Anatolia aims to innovate in Turkey and worldwide through advanced technology.

Anatolia is seeking a Sales Manager who can align with the company's values and deliver quality service to stakeholders. What you need is…
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in a related industry (e.g., ceramics / natural stone sector), with proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Experience in operational and project management, leading both office-based and remote teams.
  • Strong knowledge in business development, sales, marketing, and business analysis.
  • Persuasive abilities with skills in setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Hardworking, sales-oriented, and eager to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, analytical, and interpretation skills.
  • Experience managing large-scale, culturally diverse teams.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Overall planning, coordination, and management of sales and business development in South Asia, Central Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
  • Expanding the company's portfolio with potential clients and ensuring long-term customer relationships.
  • Promoting and selling premium porcelain tiles and slabs across designated regions.
  • Developing, maintaining, and advancing customer relationships.
  • Building high-performing sales teams and establishing strong customer relationships.
  • Adding potential firms to the network, including distributors, retailers, contractors, and architects.
  • Initiating collaborations and projects with new customers.
  • Managing existing customers and acquiring new ones, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
  • Guiding and mentoring the sales team, setting targets, and defining policies.
  • Analyzing industry dynamics and customer needs, reporting to senior management.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Collaborating with marketing for campaigns and promotional events.
  • Coordinating with supply chain to maintain inventory and product lifecycle management.
  • Developing sales/marketing strategies aligned with customer needs and ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Setting KPIs and short- and long-term sales targets.
