About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead client acquisition efforts, strengthen customer relationships, and help scale our sales operations. You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying new leads to closing deals and supporting post-sale success. This is a hybrid role with a clear growth path:

  1. Start part-time (trial) with structured onboarding
  2. Within 6 months, progress to full-time with expanded responsibilities and compensation
  3. Potential for leadership or regional expansion roles as we grow

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business: research, reach out, and meet with potential B2B customers
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Oversee job posting creation for open roles like Sales Specialists and Product Managers
  • Collaborate with the targeting and marketing team to fine-tune segmentation strategy
  • Develop strategic partnerships with universities, companies, and hiring platforms
  • Use data to report on performance and improve closing rates

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (C1, C2 or native level)
  • Based in Barcelona, with freelancer (autónomo) status or open to obtaining it
  • Ambitious, persuasive, and highly organized
  • Motivated to grow into a leadership role
  • Able to legally work in Spain and/or the UK
