This remote role requires a results-driven individual with experience in B2B sales to help enhance productivity and achieve company goals.

Our top-level professional designs ensure absolute confidentiality and ease of use. We increase productivity by allowing consultants and managers to focus on their primary business activities. Our team comprises senior designers with experience at major consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and others.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, and reporting on sales performance. The Sales Manager will also strategize sales activities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with the design team to meet client needs.

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B, SaaS environment, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. We use Hubspot.
  • Proactive and open-minded.
  • Strategic planning and target achievement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
