Your career as a As Sales Manager at Booksy, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead our sales team in the booming SaaS sector, driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with our customers. Your experience will shape our sales strategies and expand our customer base, making a real impact on Booksy's success.

In this role, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and identify areas for improvement. You will lead, guide and motivate team leaders to achieve and exceed sales targets with their respective teams in cities such as Barcelona, Mallorca, the Canary Islands, Tenerife, Zaragoza, Gijon, Oviedo, A Coruña and Vigo.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable and repeated experience and success in leading a team of cold door salespeople and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Fluency in English. Why? It is the official language of our company and is used for all internal communications as we are a global team distributed in 5 countries, we want you to feel integrated and as a manager, share best practices with other markets.
  • Fluency in Spanish, as you will be managing a local team.

Nice to have :

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based revenue models.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
