A leading construction company is looking for a Sales Manager in Spain to maintain and expand the customer base for wall products. The role involves developing markets, training craftspeople and architects, and negotiating contracts. Candidates should have proven sales experience in the construction sector and be fluent in Spanish and English. Hybrid working flexibility is offered.

You will join the Skamol division of Etex and sell our wall products. You will be responsible for delivering the company market strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and feeding back market intelligence by positioning and marketing Skamol as a global brand within technical insulation systems.

What you’ll do:
  • Maintain current customer base and gaining new customers through various communication platforms
  • Identify and develop markets, segments, and customers, that match Skamol's current and future capabilities
  • Visiting and training of craftsmen and installers to promote the advantages and benefits of our systems
  • Visiting and training architects to identify relevant projects and ensure that our systems are prescribed
  • Negotiations of price and contractual terms
  • Updating and maintaining CRM on a regular basis
  • Being a main point of contact for customers, liaising with other departments to offer effective technical and customer service
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven similar experience in a sales focused position within the construction industry
  • The ability to manage a large customer base and prioritize site visits and calls
  • Personable and customer focused
  • Competent in the use of MS Packages and CRM
  • Languages – fluent in both Spanish and English, both oral and written
