Formación

  • 3-5 años de experiencia en ventas, preferiblemente en energía renovable o tecnología.
  • Fluidez en inglés y español; otros idiomas europeos son un plus.

Location : Spain (Remote Work Available)

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Market Development : Identify and explore new business opportunities in the European market, with a focus on expanding our customer base and increasing market share.
  2. Client Engagement : Proactively reach out to potential clients, schedule meetings, and conduct on-site or virtual visits to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  3. Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Sales Strategy : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, aligning with the company's goals and market trends.
  5. Product Presentation : Effectively present and demonstrate the company's products and services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
  6. Negotiation & Closing : Lead negotiations with clients, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications :
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Experience : 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the industry, ideally within the renewable energy, electronics, or IT sectors.
  • Technical Skills : Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively. Experience in photovoltaics, grid connection, or related technical areas is highly beneficial.
  • Methodologies : Familiarity with agile work environments or requirements engineering is a plus.
  • Language Skills : Fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in one or more European languages (e.g., German, French, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment.
