It is a prominent brand and supplier to major distributors and national DIY chains across the United States and Canada. Headquartered in Toronto, Anatolia continues to grow globally, driven by a corporate culture founded on passion, dedication, and excellence.

Since August 2017, Anatolia has operated a 40,000-square meter Distribution Centre in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey, serving the North American, European, Asian, and Middle Eastern markets. The company was named "Best Supplier Partner" in the United States in 2021. With a new production facility of 200,000 m² that commenced operations in 2023, Anatolia aims to innovate and expand its global footprint.

Anatolia is seeking a Sales Manager who can contribute to its values and provide quality service to internal and external stakeholders. What you need is…
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in a related industry (e.g., ceramics/natural stone sector), with proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Experience in operational and project management, leading and motivating both office-based and remote teams.
  • Strong knowledge in business development, sales, marketing, and business analysis.
  • Persuasive abilities with strong skills in setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and growing organization.
  • Hardworking, sales-oriented, and eager to work in a high-demand environment to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, analytical, and interpretation skills.
  • Leadership experience managing large and culturally diverse teams.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing business planning, coordination, and management of sales and business development in South Asia, Central Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions.
  • Expanding the company’s portfolio with potential clients in new markets and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Promoting and selling premium porcelain tiles and slabs across designated regions.
  • Understanding company objectives and customer needs, developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Building high-performing sales teams and establishing strong customer relationships.
  • Adding potential firms to the network, including distributors, retailers, contractors, construction companies, and architects.
  • Initiating new collaborations and projects, meeting with new customers, and acquiring new sales channels.
  • Managing existing customers, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Guiding and mentoring the sales development team, setting sales targets, and developing policies.
  • Conducting industry studies, analyzing customer needs, and reporting to senior management.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Collaborating with marketing for campaigns and promotional events.
  • Coordinating with supply chain to maintain inventory and ensure efficient product lifecycle management.
  • Developing and implementing sales/marketing strategies, setting KPIs, and ensuring targets are met.
