About the Role :

  • Hunt for new business opportunities, prospect, and engage with potential customers to win new logos and grow our customer portfolio.
  • Understand client needs and translate business requirements into tailored solutions that deliver real value.
  • Own your sales pipeline, build and maintain a strong funnel, consistently forecast and hit monthly ACV targets.
  • Collaborate and innovate with internal teams to improve strategy, share insights, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and industry developments to stay sharp and relevant.

Requirements :

  • A results-driven sales hunter with a proven track record of acquiring new enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in telecom, IT, or network connectivity is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills – you know how to listen, ask the right questions, and close deals.
  • A team player who's self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and the hustle of building something new.
  • Proficient in Excel and Access.
  • Fluent in German and English.
