What you'll do :

Your primary role as the Sales Lead Manager will be to create and manage incoming requests from potential customers, guiding them through a journey from initial interest to becoming satisfied customers. By providing exceptional support and personalized experiences, you'll ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression, ultimately leading to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing to drive conversions
  • Researching buyers of potential Key Account customers
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and operations, to optimize lead generation efforts and enhance customer experience
  • Gain valuable experience with the opportunity to advance to an international team management role.

Who you are :

  • You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
  • You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows

  • You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team
