A leading tech company is seeking a Sales Lead to drive B2B sales and partnerships in the fashion-tech sector. The role is fully remote within Europe, requiring a strong background in tech sales and a network in fashion or retail. Competitive compensation includes a base salary and bonuses tied to performance, providing opportunities to impact the future of e-commerce.
Sales Lead • Virtual Try-On & Size Fitting • Direct & Online
Location: Remote (Europe)
Compensation: Up to €160 000 OTE: €5 000/month (B2B) + annual bonus equal to one month’s MRR (capped at €100 000). Exceptional candidates with proven enterprise sales success in fashion-tech may qualify for custom packages.
About WEARFITS:
We deliver AI-driven virtual try-on and sizing for footwear, bags, watches, and apparel—boosting confidence and reducing returns.
What You’ll Do:
- Close deals with top fashion and luxury brands (direct sales)
- Grow online revenue via our website and Shopify app (SaaS)
- Demo our AR/AI solutions and lead pilot integrations
- Forge partnerships with e-commerce platforms and agencies
- Collaborate on marketing, product roadmap and pricing strategy
- Monitor metrics and achieve revenue targets
You Have:
- 5+ years of B2B sales in tech/fashion, both direct and SaaS
- Strong network within fashion or retail
- Excellent self-discipline and self-motivation for remote work
- Tech-savvy (e.g. AR, 3D, AI, mobile apps, e-commerce)
- Excellent communication and demo skills
- Data-driven, proactive self-starter
- Fluent English (C2)
