Formación

  • Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans la génération de leads en vente.
  • Compétence en anglais (C1+) et soit en allemand, espagnol ou français (C1+).
  • Expérience dans les secteurs de la traduction, interprétation ou localisation est un plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Prospecter et atteindre des clients potentiels par le biais d'appels à froid et d'e-mails.
  • Gérer les systèmes CRM et mettre à jour les informations sur les clients.
  • Conduire des recherches de marché pour affiner les stratégies de génération de leads.

Our Interpreting Business Unit provides on-demand interpreting solutions for conferences, meetings, and events of all scales for large public and private organizations. Our project management team handles over 700 interpreting services daily worldwide.

Our Intellectual Property Business Unit offers a comprehensive range of IP solutions to streamline operations for corporations and law firms, assisting with patent and trademark issues across jurisdictions and languages on a proprietary platform.

We are currently seeking a

to join our team located in Spain, Poland, or Germany.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Prospecting and outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other methods.
  • Identifying niche markets and developing targeted communication strategies.
  • Qualifying leads based on client needs and interest levels.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems with detailed client information.
  • Using scripts and creating proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Scheduling meetings between leads and sales teams.
  • Conducting market research to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Engaging in follow-ups to nurture client relationships.
  • Tracking KPIs and reporting on sales activities.

Events / Travel requirements: Less than 10%

Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred; at least 4 years of experience in Sales Lead Generation; proficiency in English (C1+) and either German, Spanish, or French (C1+); experience in translation, interpreting, localization, or IP sectors is highly valuable.
