EQL EdTech is partnering with a fast-growing AI-powered education start-up on a mission to reverse the global decline in maths outcomes. With a tool acting like a private tutor for students and a teaching assistant for teachers, the company is gaining strong traction with international schools, backed by fresh funding and exciting pilots.

We’re now seeking an ambitious Sales Lead to drive outreach primarily within the UK and British international school market, while supporting growth across Europe. This role requires candidates who are either UK- or Spain-based with proven experience selling edtech or education SaaS solutions into UK schools or British international schools.

What You’ll Do

As Sales Lead, you’ll represent this high-impact platform to schools and education leaders across the UK, British international schools, and Europe. You’ll :

  • Lead outbound sales targeting UK schools, British international schools, and multi-academy groups
  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding
  • Represent the company at UK and international education events and conferences
  • Build strategic partnerships with UK and international education providers and networks
  • Provide insights from the UK market to inform product and go-to-market strategies
  • Lay the groundwork for a world-class sales function (strategy, systems, team)

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…

  • Have 5+ years overall experience including 3+ years in sales (preferably B2B SaaS or education products)
  • Are UK- or Spain-based and have direct experience selling edtech / education SaaS into the UK market or British international schools
  • Are fully bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Are confident engaging school leaders, department heads, and education decision-makers in the UK / British international school sector
  • Have a self-starter mindset and thrive in early-stage, high-growth environments
