Sales Lead

  • Virtual Try-On & Size Fitting
  • Direct & Online

Location: Remote (Europe)

Compensation: Up to €160,000 OTE: €5,000/month (B2B) + annual bonus equal to one month’s MRR (capped at €100,000). Exceptional candidates with proven enterprise sales success in fashion-tech may qualify for custom packages.

About WEARFITS:

We deliver AI-driven virtual try-on and sizing for footwear, bags, watches, and apparel—boosting confidence and reducing returns.

What You’ll Do:

  • Close deals with top fashion and luxury brands (direct sales)
  • Grow online revenue via our website and Shopify app (SaaS)
  • Demo our AR / AI solutions and lead pilot integrations
  • Forge partnerships with e-commerce platforms and agencies
  • Collaborate on marketing, product roadmap, and pricing strategy
  • Monitor metrics and achieve revenue targets

You Have:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales in tech / fashion, both direct and SaaS
  • Strong network within fashion or retail
  • Excellent self-discipline and self-motivation for remote work
  • Tech-savvy (e.g., AR, 3D, AI, mobile apps, e-commerce)
  • Excellent communication and demo skills
  • Data-driven, proactive self-starter
  • Fluent English (C2)
