Formación

Qobo Group is seeking to hire a Sales Executive to join our Sales team with a particular focus in the Spanish market. In the role of Sales Executive, you will be actively seeking out and pursuing new sales opportunities for our award-winning Qobrix Real Estate software, through cold calling, networking, social media, and any other business platforms. You will establish contact and develop relationships with prospects, evaluate customer needs, identify selling possibilities, and recommend solutions.

Now is an exciting time for Qobrix which is continuously expanding, and our aim is to become a global leader in the Real Estate software industry with very innovative products to be launched and are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team and grow with us!

Responsibilities

  • Presenting, promoting and selling the company’s products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Travelling may be required
  • The majority of business is done over the phone but must be able to communicate well via email and face to face

Qualifications

  • Sales : 2+ years
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Experience in Real Estate will be considered an advantage

An attractive remuneration package will be offered. Base salary plus commission.
