Job Description:

Refinery89 is searching for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in the French market. If you're motivated by challenges, love the thrill of closing deals, and want to shape the future of online media, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Acquire French publishers, from prospecting to closing.
  • Build a healthy pipeline and prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Lead publisher acquisition efforts in France by collaborating with sales and operational teams.
  • Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with publishers, earning loyalty both short and long term.
  • Maintain our CRM system by updating leads and client interactions daily.
  • Engage in networking activities.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A sales enthusiast who thrives on meeting and exceeding goals, and is motivated by bonuses and recognition.
  • A competitive individual aiming to be the top performer every month.
  • Someone eager to meet Monthly and Quarterly KPIs and motivated by challenges.
  • Native French speaker with proficient English skills for effective communication.
  • A commercial-minded person with attention to detail and positive conversational skills.
  • An independent innovator capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment, translating technical features into business benefits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 2 years of sales experience, including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, online meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, digital advertising formats, and technologies.
  • Existing contacts within the French digital publishing media industry.
  • Experience in similar roles at AdTech companies, publisher sales houses, trading desks, or digital agencies.
