Formación

We are looking for

A driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m / w / d) eager to contribute to our sales team's growth and success.

Your role in BizAway

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, at least for the first year.
  • Research and prospect new clients across international markets.
  • Conduct outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Present our solutions to diverse audiences (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
  • Demonstrate our platform through live demos to qualified prospects.
  • Negotiate deals from demo to contract.
  • Forecast sales revenue and maintain visibility of your pipeline.
  • Promote our solutions at fairs and public events.
  • Define quarterly and annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and team leaders.
  • Collaborate positively with the sales team and SDRs.
  • Propose strategies and campaigns to improve sales and growth.
  • Excellent English and native Polish language skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Hungry for challenges and eager to improve daily.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
