Formación

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-ups is preferred.

We are looking for

A driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m / w / d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway

  • FULL CYCLE POSITION : you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year.
  • Research and prospect for new clients in various international markets.
  • Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
  • Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
  • Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract.
  • Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline.
  • Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events.
  • Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders.
  • Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
  • You have an excellent level of English and a native level of Polish .
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

  • Proactivity : you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes.
  • Flexibility : you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
