Formación

  • Más de 1 año de experiencia en un rol similar con actitud proactiva.

  • We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
  • Your role in BizAway is a full cycle position: You will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature. You will research and prospect for new clients in the Middle East, run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints, present our solution to a range of people (C-levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.), and present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects. You will lead negotiations with potential clients from demo to contract, forecast sales revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline, and be an evangelist of our solution by attending fairs and public events. You will work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
Your basic qualifications:
  • You have an excellent level of English; Arabic is a big plus.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role with a “no excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
  • Hunger: You are not afraid of challenges, and you are eager to raise the bar every day.
  • Proactivity: You actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes.
  • Flexibility: You are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
We are also interested in:
  • Previous experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-ups.
  • Previous experience in the Middle East market.
  • Spanish is a plus.
