About the Function

Our Sales team thrives on building relationships, connecting with customers to sell our beloved brands in vibrant markets where they can prosper. They help sell our iconic brands across 180 countries annually. Operating across different markets, channels, and expertise areas, you will leverage consumer insight and digital platforms to reach new customers and markets, helping us achieve growth. About the Role

Mission: Execute the On Trade commercial strategy in your designated area to generate volume and profitability with strategic clients, delivering scalable experiences. Ensure optimal coverage of key Hospitality Points of Sale (POS) in your territory, managing the hospitality network to achieve sustainable growth through increased distribution and brand rotation by implementing activation plans that impact consumers and establish strong relationships at all organizational levels.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver the performance and KPIs for your assigned area through consistent monitoring and measurement.
  2. Suggest improvement plans to meet targets.
  3. Collaborate with RTM to achieve Diageo's goals in your area.
  4. Maintain direct and continuous coverage of your portfolio.
  5. Build strong relationships with decision-makers at points of sale (owners, bartenders, floor managers).
  6. Ensure 365-day execution and distribution in your territory.
  7. Identify opportunities for incremental sales.
  8. Implement activations and events to strengthen brand positioning and attract new consumers.
  9. Plan operational activities for Hospitality Points of Sale, acting as a strategic advisor to optimize each location’s portfolio.
  10. Build and monitor sustainable Joint Business Plans (JBPs) focused on volume, visibility, execution, and amplification.
  11. Manage commercial relationships between Diageo and hospitality POS managers in your portfolio.
  12. Drive sales and increase product visibility, aiming to boost product rotation.
  13. Execute the monthly work plan, scheduling visits per client type with clear objectives, ensuring engagement at all levels of hospitality points (business reviews, stock checks, follow-ups with staff).
About You

Requirements:

  1. Passion for sales and eagerness to grow in the spirits sector.
  2. Strong analytical and commercial skills.
  3. Desire to learn and develop within a large company.
  4. Valid driver's license in Spain.
  5. Languages: Intermediate English (B1) and proficient Spanish.
  6. Experience in the hospitality channel is a plus.
