What you will do:
  • Manage designated pipeline and make outbound calls
  • Negotiate terms, including rates and margins, and close new business
  • Position our platform and value proposition consultatively
  • Engage with prospective customers based on their needs
  • Overcome objections and identify solutions to roadblocks
  • Represent our brand professionally
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Demonstrate resilience and determination
  • Engage with marketing organizations and trade groups
  • Travel for trade events, regional speaking, and internal meetings as needed
Who you are:
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably online
  • Native Spanish speaker with intermediate English skills
  • Experience in travel industry preferred
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills in English and relevant local languages
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach
  • Self-starter capable of working independently
  • Energetic, adaptable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
