Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive – German Speaking to support the growth of the Consumer & SME segment within the DACH region. Based in Madrid, this role is responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into active customers by delivering tailored solutions, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a passion for customer engagement and a strong interest in the financial technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients who register online, providing product information and onboarding support.

Proactively reach out to leads via outbound calls to promote services and identify client needs.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.

Customer Experience:

Deliver an outstanding customer journey in line with premium service standards.

Build trust with clients by understanding their expectations and offering appropriate solutions.

Ensure a customer-centric approach at every stage of the sales cycle.

Performance Tracking & CRM:

Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system.

Monitor and analyze sales metrics and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to optimize lead generation and conversion campaigns.

Team Contribution:

Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative initiatives.

Adapt to a fast-paced, international environment with enthusiasm and flexibility.

Requirements:

Native or C2 level German and professional fluency in English (minimum B2/C1).

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition, ideally in financial services, tech, SaaS, or BPO.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Strong commercial awareness and results-driven mindset.

Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and structured sales processes.

Self-starter with the ability to manage workload and priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in FinTech, FX, or digital banking.

Experience in customer acquisition within the DACH market.

Ability to tailor communication style to a multicultural client base.
