Job Overview
- This role involves selling a new software solution, IDEATE, acquired by Graitec, aimed at Architects and Engineers to enhance productivity.
- The successful candidate will report to the Graitec Software Sales Director and collaborate with Account Managers, solution sales teams, and technical staff.
- The focus is on expanding the Ideate Software business within strategic AEC companies, managing both prospects and existing customers.
- This is a full-time position based in Barcelona or remote, with travel required for customer visits and events.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory, with additional language skills (e.g., German) preferred.
Responsibilities
We seek a proven sales performer, independent, hardworking, and creative, with experience in software sales, particularly third-party solutions. Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM is essential, along with the ability to work effectively in virtual teams.
Sales and Presentation Skills
- Strong selling skills with business and financial acumen.
- Experience in developing sales plans and achieving targets, with proficient CRM usage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in online presentations.
- Ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and navigate decision-making processes.
- Fluency in German/Spanish and English required.
- Collaborative skills with Account Managers.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Revit or similar BIM software.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and LinkedIn/Sales Navigator.
Primary Responsibilities
