Overview
  • This new exciting opportunity involves selling a new software solution, IDEATE, acquired by Graitec for Architects and Engineers, aimed at improving customer productivity.
  • The role reports to the Graitec Software Sales Director and collaborates closely with Account Managers, solution sales teams, and technical teams both in-person and online.
  • The main responsibility is to expand the Ideate Software business by cultivating, selling, and managing strategic AEC companies, including prospects and existing customers.
  • This full-time position is based in Barcelona or remote, with travel to customer sites, marketing events, and Hannover for team meetings.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required, as the teams work globally to serve customers.
  • Work involves defining target markets, customers, and account plans, then executing them.
Responsibilities

We seek a candidate with a successful sales record, independent, hardworking, and creative. Previous experience in software sales, especially third-party solutions, is highly desirable. The role requires significant prospecting, sales interactions, and understanding of Autodesk Revit and BIM.

Sales and Presentation Skills
  • Effective selling skills with business and financial acumen.
  • Responsible for developing sales plans and achieving targets, with extensive CRM documentation.
  • Proficient in online sales presentations and excellent in written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to build relationships, understand client needs, workflows, and decision processes.
  • Fluency in German/Spanish and English is required.
  • Collaborative skills with Account Managers are essential.
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Revit or other BIM software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Active user of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Account management – 10%
  • Reporting and documentation – 5%
  • Focus on new business acquisition and development, meeting sales quotas.
