What you will do:
  • Manage designated pipeline and outbound sales through cold-calling and face-to-face visits
  • Negotiate terms, rates, and margins; close new business
  • Position our platform and value proposition to prospects
  • Engage with potential customers according to their needs
  • Overcome objections and find solutions to roadblocks
  • Represent our brand professionally
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with support teams for a smooth sales cycle
  • Travel for trade events and internal meetings as needed
Who you are:
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably online
  • Native Spanish speaker with good English skills
  • Driving license
  • Experience in travel industry preferred
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Results-oriented with a proactive attitude
  • Self-starter, organized, adaptable
  • Bachelor’s Degree
